In 2009, Solar A/S carried out a capital increase of a nominal value of DKK 63,820,000, involving the issuance of 638,200 B shares and sale of 500,000 existing treasury B shares in a private placement through an accelerated bookbuilding process as stated in announcement no. 30 of 27 November 2009
This resulted in a change in the composition of Solar's shareholders.
