Augustinus Fabrikker A/S, Amaliegade 47, DK-1256 København K, has informed Solar of the fact that said company has purchased 138,155 B shares, meaning that the company now holds 817,812 Solar B shares of DKK 100 each. Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker A/S consequently has an ownership share of 10.3% and voting rights of 5.1%.
