Announcement no. 21 dated 3 November 2009 stated that Solar's Finnish subsidiary, Solar Suomi Oy, had begun negotiations for the divestment of its business activities to Ahlsell Oy.
Due diligence has now been undertaken. Final completion of the divestment is subject to the usual terms and conditions, and Solar expected this process to be completed in Q4 2009. Solar now expects settlement in January 2010.
