Corporate Lean Coordinator
The implementation of LEAN is one of the strategic initiatives in Solar and it was started in 2007. As a Corporate LEAN Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing LEAN as a tool and concept in the Solar Group. As a result of the great Lean effort and the noticeable results, Solar was given the DI Productivity Award in 2010.

What can we offer you?
The Corporate Lean Team is part of the Process Development Department, a staff function to group management working with the implementation and optimisation of the Solar Group business processes. We are a young team of eight employees, several of whom are from our subsidiaries abroad. We appreciate a relaxed tone characterised by humour in our work life.

What will be your tasks?
As a Lean Coordinator, you will carry out your tasks in cooperation with local Lean change agents and sponsors in Solar’s subsidiaries, external advisors and your colleagues in the Corporate Lean Team.

These tasks include:
• Support of the implementation of the programme in the subsidiaries
• Carrying out assessment / audit of Solar Lean Way in the subsidiaries
• Establishing a structure for management follow-up on Solar Lean Way
• Building up competences via Solar Business Academy
• Sharing best practice across borders
• Futher development of the Solar Lean Way programme – execution of the Lean road map towards 2012.

What are your professional and personal qualifications?
• Several years of experience working with Lean transformation is mandatory
• An outgoing person and strong communicator who is capable of motivating others
• Result-oriented and able to drive others
• Consultancy-minded with experience from a similar job
• Experience with linking Lean to management and business
• Experience with Lean assessment / audit
• Written and spoken english at negotiation level.

The position is located at our group headquarters in Kolding, and travel activity will be part of the job.
