| Solar A/S is looking for a team manager for our Windows/Citrix/Infrastructure team to optimise 3rd level support and daily operations by bringing assistance, communication and services into focus.
Your challenges
• Managing Windows/Citrix/infrastructure deliveries
• Ensuring that incidents/problems are solved within the agreed time
• Developing and implementing ITIL (patch management, capacity management)
• Giving 50% of your time to management-related tasks and 50% to technical tasks
• Managing staff with different cultural backgrounds and languages
• Managing resources to ensure that service requests, incidents and projects are solved within the agreed deadline
• Managing and optimising the processes needed to ensure stable operations and ensure the SLA
• Ensuring people change management to lead the change in a more LEAN and ITIL way Your tasks
The Windows/Citrix team provides 3rd level support to all our users in English while also sharing knowledge with Group Service Desk. Your main tasks will be to develop procedures and structures for timely and efficient problem-solving and to define requirements for our support. You will manage 6 employees, report to the Group IT Hosting Manager and join the IT Hosting Management Team. Your skills
You are an experienced and mature person and manager with at least 3-5 years experience from a similar position. Also, you have several years of practical technical experience within the windows/Citrix/infrastructure environment, and your professional foundation makes you respected in that role.
