The values of our company make us different. They are our constitution and give us a direction for consistent behavior as employees, colleagues and business partners.

Through extensive employee engagement, we launched our values in 2007.

They act as a foundation for our evolving culture and are the basis of our operational mode. Living them every day is our shared responsibility.
