Answering the demands of the growing Finance organization within Solar SSC Poland, we’re looking for a team member who wants to develop themselves in finance area and get a deep understanding of our AP processes. You will get a unique opportunity to be a part of Accounts Payable team.
What will you be doing you ask?
As a AP Processor, you will be responsible for processing incoming invoices from Solar Group (Denmark, Sweden, Netherland and Norway). You will review and confirm correctness of the suppliers’ documentation in our validation system and process (post) invoices in SAP (VIM). You will be responsible for making sure vendor invoices are complete (quantity received), accurate (correct price and bank details), approved (authorized) and posted on time. Moreover, you will also be responsible for clarifying discrepancies between purchase order and invoice in the data read in SAP. Additionally, you will contact the local Financial Department mainly to clarify the inconsistencies. You will participate in implementation and maintenance of systems, processes, documentation, projects and programs used in the execution of P2P policies and practices and you will be involved in securing high quality standards.
What do we wish to see in you?
We’re looking for a passionate, committed and open-minded person who wants to step in and be part of the team.We require 2+ years of progressive experience in Accounting and Invoice Processing Department with SAP knowledge (SAP4Hana knowledge would be an asset). As a person, you are detail-oriented, accurate and you have strong analytical skills. It‘s important that you are customer-oriented, flexible and service-minded person. Also our corporate language is English, so you’re expected to speak and write it at a good level.
Finance education would be an additional asset.
