Our application process is pretty simple and you’ll be kept in the loop throughout.
You apply via our online recruitment service and receive a confirmation that we've received your application. HR and the recruiting manager will read your application. We usually invite the most relevant candidates for an initial interview shortly after the application deadline.
The interview is your chance to expand on your letter of motivation and CV, and our chance to assess whether you match the vacancy.
We may ask a candidate to undergo a personality assessment - for management positions we always do. This web-based assessment takes place between the first and second interview. You will receive a thorough debriefing on your assessment in your second interview.
We invite the few remaining candidates for a second interview. A final decision will be made shortly after and all candidates notified of the result.
