Jens Borum, chairman of the Board of Directors of Solar A/S, has decided to sell his Solar A shares to the Fund of 20th December, which is the major controlling shareholder in Solar A/S.
In accordance with article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, Solar is required to report share trading in Solar A/S of members of the Board of Directors, members of the Executive Board and related parties. The information in the below statement is based on reports from the above-mentioned persons to Solar.

With the transaction, Jens Borum, chairman of the Board of Directors of Solar A/S, has sold all his Solar A shares to the Fund of 20th December, which is the major controlling shareholder in Solar A/S. Jens Borum’s holding of Solar B shares is unchanged.
As the Solar A shares are not listed, the price is determined at DKK 325.273 per share based on the average price of the Solar B share on Nasdaq Copenhagen the last 5 business days.
Subsequently, the Fund of 20th December has an ownership share of 16.90% and a voting right of 60.04%. Thus, the Solar A shares have 10 votes per share amount of DKK 100, while Solar B shares have 1 vote per share amount of DKK 100.
Chairman Jens Borum says about the sale of shares:
