Solar A/S (hereinafter "Solar", "we", "us" or "our") is the data controller for the processing of the information you provide when you register for the competition.
Who can participate?
The competition is open to all persons over the age of 18 who register.
Persons employed by Solar cannot participate in the competition.
The conditions for participating in the competition are further stated below.
Solar reserves the right to verify that a participant meets the competition conditions.
How to participate?
You participate by providing your e-mail (and possibly your phone number) and agreeing to these terms.
Terms
To participate in the competition, you must provide your e-mail (and possibly your phone number) and consent to receive marketing material by e-mail (and possibly by SMS) from Solar A/S.
Prizes and prize draw
Information about the duration of the competition, the prize(s) and the selection process is provided at the time of registration of the competition. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to contact us via our e-mail: kundeservice@solar.dk.
The prize(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else.
The winner(s) of the competition will be drawn at random. You enter the competition with one ticket once you have registered for the competition. Your total chance of winning thus depends on your number of tickets in the competition as well as the number of tickets all other participants in the competition have obtained.
The winners will be drawn and contacted directly on the submitted email (and/or possibly. telephone number) immediately after the prize draw. The draw is not publicly available.
The winners' names or other personal data will not be published without your consent.
The prize(s) will be sent out to the winner(s) shortly after the winner(s) are drawn. The prize(s) can be collected by the winner(s) by further agreement with Solar.
An alternative winner will not be drawn in cases where it has not been possible to present the prize(s) to the winner(s), for example because the winners have not provided their address or collected the prize.
Processing of personal data in connection with the competition
When you participate in competitions issued by Solar, we process personal data about name, e-mail (possibly your phone number, if you have provided this) and answers to the competition in question.
We process your personal data for the purpose of administering competitions, drawing winners, etc.
Our basis for processing is our legitimate interests in running the competition and contacting the winner in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Solar stores information about you for 5 years when you are selected as a winner in the competition. If you are not drawn as a winner, your email (and possibly your phone number) will be deleted immediately after the winner has been drawn. You should be aware that if we have your email (and/or phone number) in any other respect, deletion does not include your email (and/or telephone number) in general, but only in relation to your provision of information to participate in the competition.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data. You will find the Danish Data Protection Agency's contact information on www.datatilsynet.dk.
Your other rights under data protection legislation
As a data subject, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. If you want to exercise your rights, please contact us.
You may – unconditionally and at any time – withdraw your consent. You can do so by sending us an email (see email address above). Withdrawal of your consent will not have any negative impact. However, this may mean that we cannot meet specific requests from you in the future. Withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before it is withdrawn. Furthermore, it will not affect any processing carried out on another lawful basis.
You can also – unconditionally and at any time – object to our processing when it is based on our legitimate interests.

Right of access: You have the right to access the personal data we process about you.
Right to rectification: You have the right to obtain rectification of any inaccurate and incomplete personal data about you.
