Clearly defined targets will lead the way. Our target is to be Net-Zero in scope 1 and 2 by 2030 and to reduce our emissions by 25% across the value chain.

We act and report in compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and are committed to achieving our CO₂ emission reduction targets as approved by the Science Based Targets initiative.

We comply with the ISO 14001:2015 standard. Our subsidiaries in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Poland are all ISO14001 certified. Since 2010, Solar has reported our emission to the Carbon Disclosure Project. Therefore, Solar has established a standardised reporting system for our CO2 emissions. Our current score is B.

We are very proud to announce that all Solar subsidiaries have received the sustainability gold rating by EcoVadis.

Sustainalytics provides high-quality, analytical environmental, social and governance (ESG) research, ratings and data to institutional investors and companies to help identify, understand and manage ESG-driven risks and opportunities. Solar’s ESG Risk Rating is low.
