Ownership structure

As at 31 December 2025, the company’s largest shareholder was Foneden af 20. December, which holds 18% of the share capital and 59% of the votes.

In addition, Nordea Asset Management have informed Solar that their holding of Solar shares exceeds 10% of the share capital.

At the end of 2025, Solar had more than 13,000 registered shareholders.
